The apartment is located in a complex located on a large square overlooking the sea in the charming town of Nettuno (70 minutes by train from Roma Termini station).  The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa bed, the bathroom with tub or shower, spacious kitchen with dining table.  From the balcony that surrounds the entire apartment it is possible to see the sea and eat outdoors on a comfortable outdoor table. In the square it is possible to taste Italian fish specialties in a typical local restaurant. In the immediate vicinity you will also find all the essential services to make your stay even more comfortable

We spent 4 nights at MagnoliaHome, with our 2 grandchildren. The apartment was as in the photos, very comfortable, well furnished, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. The surroundings are beautiful, with buildings with classic architecture, lots of good trattorias (thanks Michele for the suggestions!) and small stores to get the necessities for breakfast. We were able to do all the planned visits, despite the surprises-for Rome in April-weather! St. Angelo's Castle, St. Paul's, Vatican Museums, Forums, Borghese Gallery.... Unforgettable places! Thanks to Mariarita for her kind help in sending me back my granddaughter's watch forgotten in the apartment when we left! Goodbye Mariarita and Michele!

We stayed for a week as a family (3 adults) in the apartment. Very friendly hosts, always in touch, ready to help and suggest. We were welcomed, shown the apartment, a nice compliment: a bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and bright. Comfortable beds, lovely comforters and pillows. Enough towels. equipped kitchen. Excellent living conditions. From the windows a view of a nice quiet Roman street. Good location.
