We spent a week at Mariarita's house and felt really comfortable. There was everything we needed. The location is priceless: a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, which is helpful when you want to get to St. Peter's Basilica early in the morning. Other monumental attractions, stores and restaurants are also within walking distance. You can actually see the Dome as it is in the picture. The apartment is in a small apartment building with elevator from crowded neighborhoods. But there are still some cars and bicycles, or industrious garbage collectors after midnight :D, which can disturb at night.
Mariarita was a perfect host! She approached with helpful tips and arranged a cab shuffle for us when we landed in the early evening, which was very helpful. I can definitely recommend you to choose Mariarita's house.
